Additional services available include Preventative Maintenance, allowing us to regularly inspect and clean equipment. We also have an optional Hot-Spares Program available for our clients, with typically 24-hour shipment for those rare times that a client experiences hardware failures.

We have an integration studio in Overland Park, KS that allows us to easily preconfigure, preassemble and test your software and equipment prior to delivery. This allows for fast and easy installation at your facility. We have trained technicians that can travel to your location to set up, install, and train your staff on your digital solution. We also provide complete equipment lists and support materials for all projects.
